We started cooperation with ESKK with a thorough analysis of company’s internal systems. It turned out that the system infrastructure was extremely extensive. One of the impediments was a lack of documented technology, complicating the initiation of new IT employees into the company's structure.
However our main task was to take care of ordering the sales process by creating a product configuration module. Difficulties were caused by extensive promotional packages used in marketing campaigns. Each promotion had to be properly verified and tested.
